At Strength Training Gear, we stand by the quality of our equipment and offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, we are committed to ensuring you have the right tools for your fitness journey.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the gear you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
