How much does shipping cost for heavy gym equipment?
We offer tiered shipping rates based on weight. Standard orders over $150 qualify for free shipping, while oversized items like power racks and weighted plates may incur a specialized heavy-goods surcharge calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, items that show signs of use or wear cannot be returned.
Do you offer warranties on your strength equipment?
Yes, all our barbells and racks come with a limited lifetime warranty against structural defects. Accessories and rubber-coated products like dumbbells and plates are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Are your weight plates compatible with standard barbells?
Our Olympic weight plates are designed with a 2-inch (50mm) center hole, making them compatible with all standard Olympic barbells. We also carry a specific line of 1-inch plates for standard home bars.
